\u00abCGC\u00bb: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
\u00abSeller\u00bb: Galer\u00edas Aitana, S.L. with a sales center at Avda. Gabriel Mir\u00f3 13 – 03710 Calpe (Alicante) and VAT number: B53369286.
\u00abBuyer\u00bb or \u00abCustomer\u00bb: The individual or entity, the end customer of the purchased product, who makes a purchase at our shopping center, upon acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
\u00abProducts\u00bb: Any movable goods, including documents and services related to the sale of a Product where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “CGC”) govern the acquisition, through the website www.galeriasaitana.com<\/a> or at the physical store (hereinafter, Galer\u00edas Aitana), by customers (hereinafter, the Customer), of the products offered through the physical store and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These CGC are the only applicable ones and replace any other general conditions, except in the case of prior, express, and written cancellation.
The Seller may modify the clauses of its CGC, so it is advisable to read them on each visit to Galer\u00edas Aitana.
These modifications are applicable from their publication on Galer\u00edas Aitana and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously.
Each purchase at our shopping center Galer\u00edas Aitana or through the website is governed by the CGC applicable on the date of the order and\/or direct purchase. The formalization of an order by the Customer is considered an express acceptance, without reservations, of the CGC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By purchasing at Galer\u00edas Aitana, you agree to comply with the General Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of use stated therein.
To make purchases at Galer\u00edas Aitana, the Customer must agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In accordance with Decree 70\/2003, of March 4, claim forms are available to our Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store Pickup, Shipping, Transportation, and Delivery Time<\/strong>
In the event that the buyer does not pick up and transport the items purchased at our shopping center Brico Aitana, delivery times are estimated, non-contractual, and are calculated from the payment made through any of the payment methods provided by the customer. The price of transportation to the home or delivery point agreed with the buyer is not included in the purchased item price unless transportation and delivery are explicitly agreed upon, as shown in the online purchase form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This delivery time will be valid as long as the appropriate conditions of product availability and transportation are met, including stock from the manufacturer, or the specific characteristics of the product or destination. There is no maximum delivery time for products, as this is indicated by the manufacturer during production.
Orders prepared for pickup by the buyer will be kept in the warehouse for 7 days following the order receipt. Once this period has expired, the order will be canceled, and any related costs will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment Methods<\/strong>
The CUSTOMER will pay for the purchase in advance at the time of submitting the order request at our Galer\u00edas Aitana shopping center, through the website, or by email, unless periodic billing conditions are established between Brico Aitana and the buyer. In the case of an online purchase, payment will be through the linked payment gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns<\/strong>
We do not accept returns for reasons outside our sale and service within the framework of current laws.
We will not accept returns due to damages or breakages caused by transportation at the buyer’s expense, whose claim has not been made within 24 hours following the receipt of the goods. Therefore, we ask that you inspect the condition of the products upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the customer, for reasons beyond our management, as specified by law, does not accept the products, transportation and possible storage costs for the return will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The buyer may return purchased items within 30 business days from delivery, provided they have not been used and do not correspond to custom-made items or items that were explicitly stated to be non-returnable at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, sealed, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Request a Return<\/strong>
The buyer must contact customer service by email at info@galeriasaitana.com<\/a>, by phone at 965 832729, or at the physical store to request a return.
The buyer will be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the return shipping if it is done at their expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once Galer\u00edas Aitana receives the returned products, they will be properly reviewed.
If they are in correct condition (with original packaging, unused, and undamaged), Galer\u00edas Aitana will proceed to refund the cost of the returned products using the same payment method used for the purchase, contacting the buyer if necessary. Shipping costs (paid by the customer at the time of purchase) will not be refunded during the return process.
The complete process, from the beginning of the return request to the refund, may take approximately one to two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claims<\/strong>
Any claim related to the products purchased and\/or services contracted must be made in writing to the email address: info@galeriasaitana.com<\/a>. These claims will be attended to by the designated staff.
